Strawberry Bird
I know you can file your Answer, Affirmative Defense and Counter Claims on the same form (under the same Caption) But when would you file a MTD? Do you do that with your Answer or After? And can you or should you file ALL your current MTD's at the same time or just one at a time?ThanksSB
vialna
my understanding from what ive read is that allthe information in regards to that is found in your STATES RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE....THATS WHERE U NEED TO CHECK....it may also be helpful to call the courthouse in your district where this is taking place and speak with the judges assistant...hope this helps

unusualsuspect
Call the local small claims advisor in your courthouse. They should tell you.
Strawberry Bird
It's not small claims. It is Superior Court.. anyway.. Have to it all done tomorrow so probably not enough time! I don't even know if I am doing my Affirmative Defense correctly or not..
