I received a questionaire today about Palisades. It came from AG in NJ. It's been about 2 or 3 months since I filed a online complaint. And since then Palisades has removed the TL from my CR. I was wondering why they sent me this questionaire now, is this normal. I have filed many complaints to different AG, but this is the first to send questionaire. If anyone have received one of these forms in the past please respond to my post. I just wanted to know was this normal.

Thank in advance

Is it a questionnaire about how satisfied you were with the AG's office in their handling of the matter or about Palisades behavior and activities? Any indication they are sleuthing for info as to whether they can prosecute Palisades?

It's a government office, so getting a questionnaire months later isn't unusual or abnormal. They are usually understaffed, overworked and underpaid.

If there's ANY information you can provide that is tantamount to a violation of law, I would say by all means include that--assuming you can add comments as opposed to just check 1 thru 5 on a "Rate your satisfaction" scale.

I filled it out and sent it back today. It was asking me alot of questions to see if palisades had broke any laws and the only law they had broken was not verifing the debt and still reporting it to the CRA. I told them that the matter had been resolved and they are not still reporting. Contacting the AG is a very powerful tool. Thanks to everyone that helps on this site. I really do love this site.
