Help with Arbitration

I think that NCA sent me a summons or whatever it is from the NAF and I have to respond to the NAF... But I am not sure, I have been out of town and it was sent certified mail. I just got home and it has been sent back to NCA. My question is...what is my next step? I DV'd them and also disputed this acct with CRA. Haven't heard anything back from the CRA and NCA left me a voice mail stating that they were not going to comply with my validation sent via certified mail. Please help!

Thanks

Len

are you near SOL? Arb starts when you are served.. NOT when they filed.. (dealing with this now myself)... so just wait for them to resend.. and do NOT respond to them until you hear back... if you even send a thing to NAF they will file it as a response ..

I had one that was sent a year and a half ago... I was gone for the holidays.. they JUST resent it last week.. they are now out of SOL... which is what we are fighting.. NAF (rule #10) starts when you have it in your hands.. and btw.., there is nothing that requires you to sign for this... the second you do the ball is rolling

See the thing is...that I don't even think this is my acct. I had another acct with the OC and it was joint, that acct was pd off to NCA. But now they are saying that I have one by myself. I pulled my CR and it shows 2 different acct # with the same last payment made, which was 01/05. So yeah, I'm thinking it is still in SOL, but I am not going to pay it until I know that it is mine. I don't recall having an acct with the OC by myself. So this will reach SOL 01/08? If this is correct right?
