It was 3 years old and paid. I disputed it and it was deleted. I think I got really lucky but they can be removed. Good luck.btw it was removed from 2 of the cra's but remained on the 3rd. Go figure. Bounce Posted April 9, 2007 Report Share Posted April 9, 2007 I have a PR from about 3 years ago. Its a paid lawsuit from the county collections dept. I am too scared to touch this, because I can go on the county clerks website and look it up and basicly verify it myself. So I don't think there would be any chance of it not being verified. When I paid it, I had to pay it to the county sherriff. So I really don't want to try to BS my way around this to try to get it removed.
