Troubles with TrueCredit

Last wednesday, I updated my files with TC and had a few problems. The main one of which is that it pulls and updates EX and EQ but TU is completely blank with the only thing showing is my name and address. TC refunded me for 1 months service and TU says that they have no idea what the problem is because they can see it without any problems.

I've been having a similar problem for about 2 weeks. I had a CA drop off of my TC CR and NO ALERT & NO SCORE CHANGE. I called customer service and they said that it was a problem with the Web Site and sent a message to tech support. I think that I'll ask for a refund of fees.

I just signed up for Truecredit 3 weeks ago. I never get alerts for anything except the occasional fraud alert. Are you suppose to get alerts for a score change and when a TL is deleted off? I thought it was just for new open accounts

of different things, inq, updates, etc.

however having both tc and score watch i notice score watch is better on the alerts.

another thing with tc u have to set alarms on your alert preferences.

I just spoke with a supervisor and they said that they would get right on it.

Mine is doing exactly the same thing as yours only mine is with TU. PM me and I'll give you her number.

Were you referring to my post? If so, I called them back, and they said the EQ thing was normal - something to do with how EQ reports to them. Sounds like BS to me, but I could be wrong. :)

Did you ever get the issue resolved with the payment boxes(the ones that should be green if you paid on time), mine are all blank as well? I noticed you posted you spoke to truecredit and this was normal. Just wondering if you had any more info on that.
