The main one of which is that it pulls and updates EX and EQ but TU is completely blank with the only thing showing is my name and address. argento05 Posted April 4, 2007 Report Share Posted April 4, 2007 I've been having a similar problem for about 2 weeks. I had a CA drop off of my TC CR and NO ALERT & NO SCORE CHANGE. I called customer service and they said that it was a problem with the Web Site and sent a message to tech support. I think that I'll ask for a refund of fees. Did you ever get the issue resolved with the payment boxes(the ones that should be green if you paid on time), mine are all blank as well?
