SecretAgentWoman
Anything can be done?OCs just fell off, but two JDBs claim dates are later. Anyway I can get the CRAs to recognize the REAL dates?
kevin3344
Not unless you have proof. Just because the OC fell off doesn't mean the CA should. The FCRA says the 7 year reporting period should start "upon the expiration of the 180-day period" that began the delinquency. Is the Date of 1st Delinquency begin reporting correctly?________PRILOSEC HELP Edited September 9, 2011 by kevin3344
dpgirl
The date of first delinquency can't change, the OC date should match the JDB's date. Do you have any old reports that show that date on the OC tradeline? I just fixed the same problem as I tend to hoard these things and had old reports listing the DOFD from the OC and used them to dispute the JDB listing.
