Should I still DV the Ca?The statue of limitations for Pennsylvania is 4 yrs. It's not on your credit report as the 7 yrs. has passed from the DOFD, date of first delinquency. Assetcare is most likely a JDB. Even after the SOL they can't sue you for it but they still might try to get a money. You should DV them and be sure to include the information about the SOL.
