I'm getting started... got my folders for each one of my derogs set up... next I'm going to begin formatting my letters for my first test few..

I have a question about Inquiries by CA's... looking at my credit report I show 5 inquiries by CA's (NOT ORIGINAL CREDITORS) this year alone (since the start of 07)

Was I reading correct that they cant pull my credit without my permission?

If they cant how can I use that as leverage when I DV ?

Thought I'd post a pic of all my files... lol....

Boy, your sure are ambitious. Can you come to my office and organize it? LOL

Anyway, to answer your question, the JDB/CA can pull your CR because they are "attempting to collect a debt".

Honestly, you need to DV the CRAs first (search on 1-2 punch).

Let me know when you're coming over to organize my files!

LOL...sure Ill be over in an hour... but im expensive...lol

Thanks for the info.. I searched for 1-2 punch but found only a few threads nothing specific about the process... I am assuming it follows the flowchart on this site where you DV the CRA's and CA's at the same time?

You can't be as expensive as I am. 8-)

Well, sort of. DV the CRAs (it puts the CAs feet to the fire). When you get your CR back, DV again (makes a better case). Once again the CA will verify and then you can sue. You'll have a pretty case.

You can talk to a consumer protection attorney in your area at www.naca.net or if you want a personal reference, PM me.

See you in an hour. 8-)
