WILLY
What is the recommended maximum number of disputed TL to send to the CRA during the first round...? Also, how many disputed inquiries to the CRA...? I sent out five disputed TL to the three CRA for my wife in 3/2007 and have already received the outcome of the investigation from two of the CRA (2 deletes on each). One week after they received my CMRRR disputes, I received a letter from one stating that they have begun an investigation. At the same time, I sent out 12 disputes to all three CRA on my bureaus but have yet to hear anything in return. Not a peep ! Though, I have received all green cards back. Thirty days is up on the 24th. Is this a sign or has anyone else encountered this problem?

If not, then it is techincially 30. Our firm always gives then 45 days whether or not paperwork is sent with the dispute. I've had clients come in with 15-20 TLs disputed. As long as your letters i detailed, then you should be in good shape.
