I called the OC and they told me to talk with the CA about making arrangements. My questions is how can the OC have a balance and the CA have balance for the same debt? It does not seem right. MadinKS Posted April 11, 2007 Report Share Posted April 11, 2007 Get that in writing. It's your word against their's if not. I'm sure you know that but I wanted to remind. Also, are they talking about the TL being deleted or the balance being reported correctly? Make sure you are both on the same page and, in their written PFD, ensure that they say they will have CA delete their TL or you tell them NO DEAL. Good luck.
