lordon
I am having a hard time finding any information on the subjest of what is exempt if a judement is made. I live in the state of West Virginia. My husband is self employed, we do own 3 vehichles but only 1 has some value. The others are junk. Other than a lien on my home what can they do?-- I am already making payments monthly.
CarolinaBlueEyes
every state is different.. you need to talk to a lawyer or maybe even a para legal to get a copy of exemptions forms...
