Recommended Posts

Intent to sue. Use them if you intend to sue, but want to give a last chance to fix. Some jurisdictions require them prior to filing suit. Warning shot across the bow, if you will.

Generally, these are ignored, because 90% of the time, the person doesn't actually sue.
