I have a credit card that I have been paying for for 7 years and it has impacted my credit more than anything.(In a negative way) I was just wondering if it would be possible to maybe say if I pay the full balance, can this whole TL be deleted? Do you think it would work? They closed my file long ago. Thanks everyone

So it could be a possibility of having them delete this if I just agree to pay them in full. There may have been mistakes along the way, but I don't know of any so how could I dispute anything? I just think that if I could get rid of this, it could help out a lot. Thanks for your comment.

Don't give them the money until they send you written agreement (or you write it and ask them to sign and return) something saying that you will pay for deletion from your credit report.

This is for if its an original creditor

This is for a collection agency

Yeah, its not a charge off and I am still dealing with the CC company, no collection. I guess I can try it again, they said it was not possible.

I also called a credit collection agency today to ask them about something that was added to my report that she said wouldn't. Well when I was paying she was all nice and stuff, and today she just add a very bad attitude that I would call her on something she said. Well, thanks for the comments everyone.
