MissSilence
If an OC, which in this case is a medical provider, recalls an account from a CA would the CA be required to delete thier entry from the CR????Or would I need an agreement with the OC that states when they recall the account from the CA the CA will then delete its entry? CreditLawGuru
especially if you dispute the TL, it has to be deleted once the furnisher no longer has the account.
jkbowen1021
especially if you dispute the TL, it has to be deleted once the furnisher no longer has the account. So what you are saying is that once an OC takes back an account back from the CA, you dispute it, and they have to remove it from your CRA?? Or am I misunderstanding? If so, holy cow....alot of going to come off.....HOORAY!!!!
CreditLawGuru
yes, if the OC recalls the account then TL's from the CA must be removed. TL's from the OC can still exist.

TL's from the OC can still exist. That is awesome news for me. About 95% of my stuff is from CA. Most of them being doctor bills. I have tried to settle with the CA, but no luck. I am in the middle of contacting the OC. I do have one that will take back all the CA Accounts if I pay them. And that one has about 10 accounts listed on my CR. Thanks for the info!!!!!
