SoL For Military were State of Residency is other than state of purchase?

Thought I would try and stump you guys.

When I got the cell phones for this collection I was stationed in Illinois but my State of Residency was Pennsylvania. Wich SoL would this fall under?

If it actually went to court, I'd say whichever state's laws gives the most protection to the consumer.

Read some more and found that is either the state inwich the agreement was made/ or the state of residency. The Ca chooses.

No we don't.... I see alot of "Band Wagon" supporters when t is conveniant and the hip thing i.e 9/11, but not alot of avid supporters.
