jc72
http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/consumer/credit/cre03.pdfI found this on another site....In section 2 it says that if you have a tradeline reporting to one CRA thats not reporting to the others, that you can call the other CRA's and request that that tradeline is reported...Has anyone ever tried this? willingtocope
Two things: 1.) since the advice is from the FTC is should at least be accurate...ah...well, not damaging anyway; and b.) the key phrase is you can tell them but they're not required to report it.IMHO, its worth a try...can't hurt... mmckey
I've tried this with Equifax and they said that if the accounts were new to give it a little time for them to report, if they were old and not reported, to call the cra and request they report. If they dont report, then they dont have to and the bureau was not going to report for them. if you are able to get the unreported tl's reported, then *CONGRATS*Missy
