row
Hi all, Today I reviewed status of disputes on my credit report from Experian and notice that my student loan is being reported as a positive account...I have no ideal how this is so when I reviewed it last month and it stated deferred until 2012 and showed as a negative account...I am not complaining however I am extremely happy about it...but I am thinking that this was done in error...My student loan has been deferred for the last several years now ...do to me unable to pay ... My student loan came out of deferrment in 2/2007....I have not put it back on deferrment due to CRB reporting it as deferred until 2012 ...I did have late payments when I was paying it ...Now they are all gone according to my report review today...I graduated from Business school in 2000...Do anyone know if its because the SOL? Do the SOL apply to student loans? Have anyone had this happened to them?
