row
Asset Acceptance is reporting an outstanding bill I owe from Sprint PCS on my Experian & Transunion reports however I notice that they are reporting different amounts on both. Experian reporting $396 credit limit/original amount (I believe this is incorrect when i only had a $69 plan and the outstanding last bill i received from Sprint was like $150) recent balance of $426 as of 2/2007. Transunion reporting $396 credit limit/orginal amount and recent balance of $418 as of 2/2007...I reviewed my Experian report today because I disputed this account and as of 4/2007 they are reporting $396 credit limit/original amount and recent balance of $323 as of 4/2007???...I have no ideal what is going on but Experian has not come back as validate as of yet however Asset Acceptance is sending me settlement letters in the mail...just received one seeking settlement of 50% of $323...I think something is fishy...Any suggestion on what should I do? aunieandreg
You too? WOW small world. I just got one from riddle and Assoc. for AFNI for sprint. That account is over 6 yrs old and found out it is not pass SOL. Going to seek validation anyway. Comes off 6-07 so maybe they will let it go and die. Only $122.00 soo I will fight a good fight. aunieandreg

MadinKS
Have you got a DV letter out to ASSet yet? If you've already disputed w/the CRA's then send a DV to ASSet (sorry, I like taking advantage of the 3 letter word in their name). Have you read the primers and stuff yet? It's a must read, if not. http://www.debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/forums/showthread.php?t=263069Also need to know the abbrev.'s http://www.debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=187Welcome row.
