elyse449
Hi folks,I just couldn't contain it ANYMORE! I got approved for a Macy's card today! My limit is only 100.00, but I truly feel that this is fair and that it's a good place to start. It isn't my intent to get a bunch of high credit limits anyway. So, anyway...thought I'd share...OH and guess what? I checked my EXPERIAN credit report as it was suggested I do (by LNY I think???) and my FICO was 597! That's the highest I've ever gotten it folks!! It's been like PULLING TEETH to get my credit files improved, but with this board and you folks...and time, time and more time...it's happened. So, I just thought I'd share! And I used my Orchard card as proof of my identity for the app. So...as it stands now we're possibly going to get that refinance on our home after all!!!!! Still keeping my fingers crossed on that one.Elyse

So you're really coming up in the world!Macy's has been very good to me. I had $200 initially, then it was bumped up to $300 at six months, then $1500 at one year. Who knows. Thanks!! I do hope for a CLI of course....eventually. So, 1500.00 at one year-aye??? Hmm...goals.Elyse
direred
Looks like the Machinists Union is a union eligible (seems sheetmetal workers is not). Check it out at http://www.unionplus.com/
