argento05
Good Will Letters work - if you send them to the right person(s).Forget about customer service, they won't/can't don anything for you. Go directly to the top. Go on to the Internet and Google your company. On the company site there is usually a 'Contact Us' or Senior Management link. Find out the name of the CEO and send the GWL to that person CMRRR. They usually forward it on to the right person with a note to help, if possible. A note from the CEO carries weight. If the company is public then go to the SEC site and do a search on that company. When you find it, look for the 8K/10K filings. These filings list the senior management. Do the same as above.Good Luck
timbercreektech
I think she did send it to the CEO or upper management. She is saying it was screened out.
pinkeysas
Mail it to the mailing address you find for the CEO. NOT cert. mail.
MadinKS
Address the letter to the CEO. He/she may still have someone sorting mail though. I guess there's no guarantee that it will make it to the intended individual, but it's worth a shot. What company is this?

MadinKS
Sorry, not fortunate enough to have dealt w/them. Try the ATTN: CEO thing. Maybe it'll squeek by. Good luck.
