mwally007
I have a question after reading this post on a poker site:http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=9782788&page=0&fpart=1&vc=1In the US, if you were playing online poker with a credit card, lost your money and did a chargeback, on what planet could the poker company report to the credit agency? How could they send it to collections? Online poker is unquestionably illegal, so I'm wondering how they could do this.(Seriously a rhetorical question and not a personal issue). Thanks
cracrap
they cant..its a federal offense to gamble online now for u.s. citizens...bo dog will try to bill the card through a third party billing company to hide the fact that its a gaming site...besides that, the card issuer themselves wont approve any transactions to any gaming sites..so charge back away amigo
willingtocope
Of course there's a real good chance that a couple of nice rather large fellows will come knocking on your door offering to help you with those busted knee caps you're about to have...
