stormywsmn
I finally got the guts to write the OCs for investigations. Can I save the money and send them via regular mail or should I send them cmrr?
MissSilence
Personally, I would send them in a way that I had proof that they recieved it incase I later had to prove that I had sent them letters. With CA's I always use CMRRR but with the OC's I contacted I sent it with delivery conformation which I can view online and printout. I dunno if that would standup in court or not........ stancil1
Send them CMRRR to both CAs and OCs. There is a new way to do it that will save a buck or two though. When you go to the Post Office, just ask for CMRRR with electronic notification. You can then go to www.usps.com, click on tracking and then enter your tracking number, click search, give it your email address and then as soon as it's signed for, they will email you an electronic greenie complete with signature and all. It cost about $4 per item you send this way and the file is maintained for 2 years by USPS just incase you ever loose your greenie so that you can reprint another.Hope this helpsD
