jo4532 Posted April 26, 2007 Report Share Posted April 26, 2007 My mom has 3 Jugdements on her I sent EQ a letter of Dispute on some items including the Jugdements. Haven't heard anything from them it has been well over 30 days.Insteed she is recceiving letters from lawyers stating Interrogatories in aid of execution.I am Faxing EQ a follow up letter as I speak.Can someone give a little insight please. thomassl Posted April 26, 2007 Report Share Posted April 26, 2007 The CRA's have 30-45 days to respond to your dispute. Why are you faxing EQ information? Once you dispute any information on the credit report, it awakens the CA's and JDB's, which is probably why you are getting letters from them.
