burdettefamily4
I have judgement from a Law firm, Kramer and Frank out of Missouri, they said they represent MIDLAND. The judgement was deleted from TU and EX. EQ has it as satisfied but no satisfied date. I have not heard from any since september 06, when I told heather @ Kramer and Frank that i was not paying because i knew they have reaged the account. what is my next step? do I do nothing and wait to hear from them? and can they take our Tax return judgement in my name only. Do they know that the credit agencies are not reporting it? HELP My FICO scores are EQ 665 TU 575 EX 585 I know they really suck, my goal is 700 how can i do that? like with in the next 6 months:cry:
kevin3344
Your tax return cannot be taken for consumer debt, only for stuff like student loans or something like that. One of the top questions on this board is:'my score is X, how can I get it to Y?'. Just know that credit repair/building takes time. There is no quick fix. Plan on paying everything on time, watching your revolving credit closely and challenging anything that is bad on your reports.
burdettefamily4
thank you so much for your answer. but i am still confused:confused: about why two of the credit agencies deleted the judgement, and one said satisfied when i dv. wouldnt the ca with the won judgement rear its ugly head and challenge it? kevin3344
A CA has no control over a judgment that is listed on your report. A judgment is a public record, and if you challenge it with the CRA and get it removed, there is nothing the CA can do.
