Eman
First of all, thanks in advance to any who reply to this post. I appreciate your time! My question is about timing the DV letters with the dispute letters to the CRAs. Thirty days? Does it matter? I'm dealing with NCO and want to really get this right. They took over from another CA that I DV'd in Feb. and the debt grew by 4 grand. I read the Revised Primer and just wanted to clarify this a bit. I also searched and didn't find a definitive answer on this...Erik

The 30 day window is VERY importantUtilize the flowchart:http://www.creditinfocenter.com/rebuild/debt_validation_workflow.shtmlWhen I was DVing, I used to keep the flowchart and Dive's primer minimized to my screen.
