fred_perkins
During the past several months, I have been trying to obtain the info that LexisNexis maintains about me, including the so-called "Person Report" that they sell. I recently received a letter on LexisNexis letterhead in which they claim that Seisint is not a CRA as defined the FCRA and that they are not bound by the provisions of the FCRA. For more details regarding my correspondence with LexisNexis, please see the thread that I started on the Credit Bureaus/Reports/Scores board: http://www.debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/forums/showthread.php?p=766112#post766112I am now preparing to sue LexisNexis. If anyone else out there has sued (or is thinking of filing suit against) LexisNexis then please let me know. Wouldn't this make a great class action suit? Or am I wrong?
