LadynRed
OH courts routinely rule that credit cards fall under WRITTEN contracts and therefore have an SOL of 15 years.
mattandallismom
Ohio laws cater to big business. You only have 2 years to sue insurance companies but can be sued for 15 years for renting a hotel room. Keep that in mind when traveling through the heart of it all. mattandallismom
why would anyone sue for renting a hotel room.. never heard of thatLMAO, I came across the information when I researched SOL for an old apartment lease. What I was attempting to say is that a hotel can sue you for damages for 15 years. I just found that crazy, probably a bad example. YES SOL in Ohio does mean S*** outta luck
