HAS ANYONE HAD SUCCESS WITH PFD?????

1.) What CA accepted the agreement

2.)How old was the debt

3.)How much was the debt

and

4.)Did you request that they DELETE THE TL or that they NOT VERIFY IT WHEN CONTACTED BY THE CRAS FOR VERIFICATION????

I've had a hard go of getting a PFD myself. It's only worked once and that was when I got Chilton's help and she gave me info to some higher ups and my situation was/is dire...lol. I know others have had better luck though.

2 local (in Oregon) medical CAs

They were about 2-3 years old

3.)How much was the debt

~$150 to $230 (can't remember exact amount)

and

4.)Did you request that they DELETE THE TL or that they NOT VERIFY IT WHEN CONTACTED BY THE CRAS FOR VERIFICATION????

That they delete it.

BUT! I may have just been lucky with my first two out. My three other letters, representing 5 derogatory TLs, didn't even respond yet, but my CR was updated last night to show ALL of them as Collection Paid, balance $0. I was really after the deletion altogether though. DiveMedic advised that you always DV them first. I learned my lesson with these last three, and that will be the procedure I use from here on out.
