Settlement letters

Hi allll!!

I was wondering if anyone could help me! I settled two accounts one with Benefical & another with Express. I requested letters from both stating the debt was paid. They both sent me letters stating that they would report the debt as paid in full. To say the least they are both showing as charge - offs. CRA says they validated the debt info. TU will try to explain the MV refuses to provide it to me in writing??? Should I now send those letters to change to paid in full and no more charge-off?:)++
