Making payments

From what I can recall as long as you make payments, no they can't take you to court, as long as you show you are making monthly payments, it's nothing they can do.

I am pretty sure that is not 100% accurate.

I'm sure others will chime in here... but I'm alomost 100% sure that any payment arrangement has to be agreed to by the CA.

Also, once you and the CA agree on terms, you can't default on those because they are quick to get a judgment and garnish. Happened to my wife in Oct 06. She was making payments and missed a month. Bam! Garnishment. Too bad they aren't allowed to garnish wages on an assigned debt in KS! Hopefully we'll be getting alot more from their stupidity than they got from us.

whoever said they can't take you to court is wrong... you can throw any money you want at them.. if its not a written agreement and they decide you are in default.. they can sue you anytime they please.

I don't know where you heard they have to accept the payment and do nothing.. they can easily accept it and still sue and FYI if they have your banking info . via your check.. you might want to think about changing yoru checking account .. I also have an account that is JUST for payments like this...
