What if OC and CA don't have your correct address?

I'm sorry if this is really obvious but I just can't find anything about this!

What if the OC and/or CA don't have your correct address and claim they've been contacting you when you haven't received anything and were contacted by phone?

What are the consumer's rights regarding this?

I am not sure we have any rights with regards to this.

I believe CA's only have to prove that they have procedures regarding sending of things such as dunning letters. Whether they send it or not.

I know them sending to the wrong address, is sometimes an honest mistake, but it probably doesn't mean anything for consumers. To many people intentionally mis-represent their address in some way.

I could be wrong though...
