bulabula Posted May 4, 2007 Report Share Posted May 4, 2007 I'm sorry if this is really obvious but I just can't find anything about this!What if the OC and/or CA don't have your correct address and claim they've been contacting you when you haven't received anything and were contacted by phone?What are the consumer's rights regarding this? redbank Posted May 4, 2007 Report Share Posted May 4, 2007 I am not sure we have any rights with regards to this.I believe CA's only have to prove that they have procedures regarding sending of things such as dunning letters. Whether they send it or not.I know them sending to the wrong address, is sometimes an honest mistake, but it probably doesn't mean anything for consumers.
