DeeT
What causes a file to be split? I just spoke with the senior problem person at True credit to ask why my file did not include information that had been corrected on April 2. He said EQ and TU probably had me as a split file. He told me to call each company and speak to a supervisor to have it corrected.
msfinance72
I have written to OC and explained the issue...OC returned letter with "delete," and "overlay" language...sent a copy of this CMRRR to TU, EXP, etc....TU has been a B&^&( about it...EQ changed with original documentation with "overlay" language...TU insisted on "delete" language...s/b on OC letterhead...
