Desert Bloom
What is a Medical Bill considered? an oral agreement? a written agreement?Medical appointment was 12/2002 in WA state where I was visiting, I returned home to California. Never made a payment (my mother told me she would pay it, but she didn't). I also never received a bill or a statement from a CA. Doctor gave it went to CA. CA has been reporting it on my CR. I have challenged it with CRA saying it is beyond SOL -- California's SOL is 2 for oral/4 for written; Washington's SOL is 3 for oral/6 for written -- I have also DV'd the CA. However which state's SOL applies???
