boomer
I have a Zales card with a DOLA of 5/2001 6 years, paid as agreed never late and I never closed just stopped using it. It is so old the account # is smaller than used now, if I call them or write them will they re-pull credit being that I never closed it?

When was it last reported? If it's reporting as closed, then yes, they'll most likely pull your credit to re-open it... things change in 6 years. If it's reporting as open and you want to use it, trying calling the automated system or going online and entering your info to see if it's still active. boomer
last date reported was 5/2001 which is showing DOLA on eq, opened 1996, I cannot find anywhere where it shows "closed". I do have hard copies from the cra's, eq date closed blank!, tu where it would say date closed it says date paid 3/1998 but it does not say closed account anywhere. Thanks for your help if you need more info let me know.
