cjtx Posted May 13, 2007 Report Share Posted May 13, 2007 Depends...if they already got a judgment against you, they can't sue you again for the same account.if the case was dismissed with prejudice, again, they can't sue for the same account.They can sue you again only if the case was dismissed without prejudice.
