Should I send letter to CA for inquiry but that has not contacted me/reported CRA?

The inquiry below showed up on my TransUnion, but they have not contacted me nor started reporting anything on my report. Should I go ahead and send them a CV letter or anything else?

Does Arrow Financial show on your CR? If so, TrueLogic is probably the CA for Arrow. If Arrow is on your CR then you won't be waking any sleeping beast. I would dispute it through the CRAs and see what happens. Good luck and welcome.
