jeff5014 Posted May 18, 2007 Report Share Posted May 18, 2007 hi my step son who no longe lives with us must of had a total card now i get up to 5 or 6 calls a day from them i keep telling them[tc] he doesnt live here i dont have any contact information on him i have told them to stop calling my number and they flat out told me that they will continue to call my number i told them to stop harassing my phone they say there not and wait a hour or 2 and call right back. what can i do? Once you have their address, send them a letter saying. XXX doesn't live at this address or phone number I am notifying to no longer make attempts to contact XXX at this address / phone #.. yada yada yada. That is a violation in it's own right.They sure are violations, the problem is, where's the proof they were notified? merkurfan Posted May 20, 2007 Report Share Posted May 20, 2007 you don't have to notify them. They are not allowed to make repeated calls per-day if someone anwsers the phone.
