LadynRed
Subsequent collectors/attorneys can keep filing motions to discover assets. You might be able to deflect them by sending proof of your exempt income, but they're still going to want to know what ELSE you might have in assailable assets. Not likely they'll care about the dismissal citation. If they're pulling you into court to asset discovery, they have a judgment against you so the SOL means nothing unless this is for a really old judgment that is up for renewal.
