Paid TL's on CR, do I DV for possible deletion?

Recommended Posts

have several paid collections on CR that are adverse, should I attempt to DV these TL's to have them deleted. Some TL's show past due/or late payments. Also, what about Judgements, they're paid, One was default and not sure it can be removed, but the other was a consent judgement and is showing up twice on EQ...any advice would be appreciated.

What are the dates showing for each of these collection TL's? Do you have UNpaid collections showing? Could you please give us a brief list of the collection amounts and dates of last activity. Keep in mind, depending ont he state you reside in, judgments can show up on your CR for 10 yrs.

Thanks.

one is a consent judgement, the other a default...but they're paid.

have disputed them with EQ, because the date is different on my records and EQ is listing the consent judgement twice. TU isn't listing the judgements at all, Ex is listing each. I have a certificate of satisfaction on the consent judgement that EQ lists twice. The CRA's are showing amounts rounded to the nearest dollar. Because they are judgements and public records, I'm assuming they're going to remain on my CR regardless. However, I was under the impression that consent judgements if paid as agreed would not be reported or may be deleted.

AAC, Gateway Acct' DOLA 4/2002 DOLP 10/2006 paid as agreed...no PFD, can I dispute this as reaffirmed.

MCM DOLA 4/2001 DOLP 7/2005 paid as agreed...no PFD, is this reaffirmed also, and should I even consider the reaffirmed angle?

Thanks in advance.
