CantCU
I just received an alert today that my FICO score had gone up +16 points, and it said I could go and review the alert. I did...but to my surprise, I had no increase in my FICO score. Instead the alert said " Alert: Your FICO score has dropped; your interest rate on a new 30 year mortgage may be more expensive". But in the next line it said "Your FICO score is 701 and has not changed since May 15, 2007". I am thoroughly confused. I know the alerts are set for mortgages, too, but where did the email come up with the +16 points that isn't there?Could this be something that will update overnight? This is why I dropped My Fico the first time. Their alerts are confusing!
Amerikaner83
I've noticed that with MyFICO iI have to wait a day after I get the e-mail...but one time I logged on and they didn't send me an email until two weeks after the increase! Weird. I chalk it up to the electrons.
bigjohnstud4200
I got one of these alerts and it did reflect on my account. There were NO new or old accounts added/deleted. The only thing I can think of is that 4 Hard Inquiries I disputed and were deleted over 2 weeks ago finally updated my score? <shrug>
