nolove4collections
OK a few years ago i started on my credit repair journey.I managed to get 5 foreclosures off my Trans Union and Equifax credit reports. But punk a$$ Experian:evil: wont budge at all. Before i knew about this awesome website i did the wrong thing and disputed online with Experian and of course all 5 foreclosures came back verified, so now Experian wont let me dispute it online anymore, they tell me i have to get proof from the original creditor. And yes i changed up all my dispute reasons. So here is my question if i send my disputes Certified Mail will Experian let me dispute these foreclosures again,or will they just blow more smoke in my face like they do to lot of people on this site.Ive seen some people say that even Certified Mail wont even get Experian to budge.Any Answers would be Greatly Appreciated. I have disputed tl with experian and they said already verified and they won't dispute. I then sent copy of my dispute letters to the oc with the certified confirmation that the oc received them and also they will not investigate. What to do????????????? MadinKS
Have you tried calling EX? It may be worth a shot cause it's alot harder to tell a person NO over the phone than it is with their stupid A$$ letters. Be persistent and don't take no for an answer when you get a person. If they refuse to investigate tell them you're calling the FTC to complain. Maybe that will help. Good luck.http://www.experian.com/corporate/locations.html
Lyssarene
I received the same back from Experian on a dispute -- I in turn resent them another letter advising them I am disputing this and I am requesting they investigate. I quoted that they have a duty to investigate a consumer dispute. No response yet, so I will let you know!
