CreditPhilosoper
Almost everything I read on FICO states that you get points if you are in a 'profession'. My equifax report is the only one that does not list my current occupation. If I update my occupatuion with equifax, will that increase my score? momof5
Hmmmm.....NONE of my CR's have ever had my 'position', just my employer. Don't see where that would be of much help.....
CreditPhilosoper
Sorry for the cofusion.. I meant employment... equifax does not have anything under employment. Does FICO take 'profession' into account? If so, where does it get that info from if not your report?

Even if it is true, it's not going to give you any significant bump I'm sure. How are the CRA's going to determine you're telling the true. I could send them a dispute asking them to apply my current position as HNIC to my credit.. does that make it true? I wouldn't send them a thing regarding my employment.
