freonrick
I got this notice from the trustee the other day Opportunity to Object to Discharge for my chapter 13 bk. It gives 30 days for creditors to object, if they dont then I will be discharged. If they do then a hearing is in July. Before I got this notice my attorney told me my discharge will be any day. My last payment was in Feb, 07. I called the trustee in Feb to make sure that was my last payment and it was. Her office told me that my discharge would be in 60-90 days. My question is the Opp to object discharge done for all chapter 13? If so I wonder why it was sent out so late. I called my attorney several times and emailed a couple of times and no response. LadynRed
Standard procedure, don't get worked up over it.
thomassl
As stated by LadyNRed, this is standard procedure. I had the same thing happen in my Chapter 13 discharge. There's nothing to worry about. They're just trying to ensure that everyone has been paid accordingly, which you state they have, and the discharge can be completed!
