bigjohnstud4200
Would you suggest downloading one of Eq forms to dispute collections or send a handwritten letter disputing. Just wondering which was most effective.Thank You!Are you talking about disputing with the CRA or the CA. In either case, it's best to use your own form. For disputing CRA information, simply put your name, SS# a copy of your drivers license and then say:Account name / #not mine, etc, etc, etc..for CA's, take a look at the sample letters here but don't copy them word for word. Make up your own and make it sound as genuine as you can making sure you highlight the points they need to know you are aware of.Good Luck! jlt071997
Just CRA (EQ) for now. Trying to dispute all with them first. Have had 6 negatives deleted so far! Score has jumped 59 Points since 4-07. I've read it's best to do few @ a time. Do you agree?

The first being that if you are new to this, things can become complicated quickly and you don't want to miss something with too much going on. Secondly, sometimes you might get flagged as "frivilous or credit repair" if you dispute too much.Good Luck!
