From what they are saying you can DV both?Debt validationFor certain charged-off and collections accounts, this intervention affirms your rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) by demanding either a complete accounting of the alleged obligation's statutory compliance, or the removal of the reporting of these accounts.
