First of all STAY OFF THE PHONE WITH COLLECTORS.. they would sell their mothers for profit..

also IF they take you to court.. win and get a judgement yes they can go after any joint accounts and if you are in a community property state (not sure if yours is) then they can freeze his accounts as well.

well I just got off the phone with my lawyer and she says I have a double lawsuit I can file against both Credigy and Stewart and Associates!! So now I am cautiously opitimistic! She is going to call me on Monday to go into more detail! Glad I kept all my communication with them

=)
