TrueCredit problems-Anyone else?

well its down for me this morning. Said to check back in a few minutes but still nothing now after about 20-30 minutes of waiting.

I got a new alert this morning for all three bureas but ONLY from truecredit. My other monitoring services show no alerts. Whats the deal... grrrr

They better hurry on up cause there are some of us that have no patience with our obsessions. lol

At least you get alerts. I haven't had a single alert for any of my negative TL's being deleted, a hard pull done 2 weeks ago or a new account posted today!

Thats what happened to me a month ago, small things , then they lowered the boom,

no service for me.

they suck, but lucky for me i bumped all tu's, and eq i just call,to remove eq's

i dont need to see the reports every day any more, i had my withdrawals a few weeks ago. but im ok now.

so now i will use my fico i think evey 6 months. 47 $ 2 times a month.

14$ x 12+ 168 $

against 2 x 47 = 94 so im saving money. i guess.

At least you get alerts. I haven't had a single alert for any of my negative TL's being deleted, a hard pull done 2 weeks ago or a new account posted today!

I second that! I haven't gotten an alert in months, I've even double checked to make sure the email address was correct (it is) and that they aren't going to spam (they aren't). :-?

I pulled exactly 30 days and then B started. :) I bumped almost all but just 2 more to go. ;)

I get all my alerts but this morning I got an alert for EACH bureau from true credit and then checked and NOTHING new on there so I dont know what that was about. I am fixing someone else's credit as well, same thing. He got an alert but nothing new on his report either so very weird.

The same thing happen to me this week, I could not access my score on transunion, after 7 calls to supervisiors, I finnnally fixed it..I think..

For some reason they lost my credit file they told me I had no credit and no file. Finnaly I spoked to the supervisor who "repopulated my score". I can now get my score through true credit but not through any other site. It seems that american express has a diffrent address than tru credit has for me

If the address on your credit file doesn't match the address on the site you are on, it won't pull anything. I have spent 3 days on this if you need the phone number of the supervisor e-mail me. I wasted 3 days on this, also the people that answer the phone at Tc are rude and hardly speak english.

You won't get an alert if a TL is deleted. You only get them if a TL is updated/changed or added. If you still aren't getting any alerts, you may have your alerts set to "monthly" instead of "weekly" (click on "preferences" to change it).

I tried changing some preferences like you suggested, we'll see how it goes. However, TC alerts still are whacky. I get an email once a week that says,

You're in the clear. During the past week, no credit alerts have been triggered by changes to your credit report.
yet, there will be an update / change on my report. :roll:

I've got myfico alerts too, and I LOVE seeing the text message alerts when my CR changes.

EDIT: Well what do you know, I have my first alert in months.

I'm having the same problem with TC. I have been with them for about 3 yrs. All of a sudden about 2 months ago it would not let me pull my CR. I posted here and everyone stated that I had to wait a few months to pull again so I canceled my subscription. Now they still send me alerts but when I try to sign up it won't let me do the 3 Credit Bureau monitoring for $14.95 it wants to charge me $29.95. I have tried everything and I'm not paying $29.95 a month especially if I am not sure it even works. I pulled my EQ FICO score the other day and it was fine and all my Inq's had been removed. I had just received a letter from EQ stating that they would not remove my INQ's from my EQ report...Very Confusing, I just want a Monitoring service so bad... :(

I've read a few post where people have been blocked and can only get the $29.99 deal. Seems like all the people who have been blocked have used the TC service for years and pulled A LOT. Is this true in your case? Seems like TC blocks you if you use the daily pulls too much. :confused:

I only had the TU service for like 2 months, and I was pulling daily 3in1's and

They dropped me...

Now I get a free TU CR by going to this website Click Here .. basically you are going thru the motions to dipute your TU CR and it gives you a fresh CR... but you gotta be careful not to pull more than 1 TU CR a day via this method as it will block you...... it blocked me for 2 weeks after I tried to look at my TU CR twice in one day via this method.

Of course, there is AMEX's credit secure .. Click here... but you have to have an AMEX card.

I'm still not seeing any reporting on one of my CR's through TU... I wonder if I'm about to get the boot... I pull a new update about 3-4 times per week... Maybe I should slow that down a little...

Before I finished reading your post, I was thinking maybe you were getting ready to be booted. However, this is solely a guess. <shrug>

when you check your CR through TC's dispute I think that counts as your free CR and if you dispute a TL then they have 45 days instead of 30 to verify the TL. Correct if I am wrong because if I am that is an awesome site. Also, do you know how much the Amex CR costs. I have 3 Amex CC's and do you know if you can check it at least once daily ? Thanks my friend :)
