from true credit regarding an old phone bill from comcast.

Subject has not satisfied debt.

i do not remember any "resolution" ?????? should i be contacting the CRA's on this one, i also sent them an untimely DV, havent heard back from them, since DV, they did send me a letter BEFORE i sent them a DV i assume in response to me disputing it with the CRA's.
