elyse449
Hi folks,I did sign up for Truecredit, but I have a question. Now, whenever I go to pull either my dh's or my credit files it lists the initial date as the "credit report" date. Meaning, I can't seem to get an updated credit file. I pulled mine this morning and it's saying that it's the report from June. 30, 2007. Any ideas on what's going on?Elyse
elyse449
I did a search and eventually found the answer via another thread...Matthewscott said that there is an update link on the right hand side of your screen about midway down. I found it, it's just above the ads. Thanks, Matthewscott.Elyse
elyse449
Well, it's sort of depressing...my FAKOS via Truecredit went up...yesterday they were as follows;TU=555EX=543EQ=569Now they are as follows;TU=558 (up 13 pts)EX=560 (up 17 pts)EQ=569The depressing parts? Well, my Target isn't reporting yet AND I just closed my secured Orchard because I will be opening a new, unsecured Orchard Gold. It's a process I guess...ElyseP.S. Went to my FIRST class that will HOPEFULLY lead to a new job at Boeing today and am extremely happy about that though!!

matthewscott
Don't pay too much attention to the FAKO's. I just look at it for trends. At least you're seeing some improvements.Spend your time concentrating on the classes and the new possible job. Put your energy there. Don't let a fake number bring you down. We're here for you.I do hope the other post is true about FICO's being higher than FAKO's sometimes. That would be awesome.
Trailrider
At least mine:True Credit FAKOs as of this morning:TU= 579, EX=560, EQ=603Equifax Score Watch FICO=659!!!!It is worth it to me to purchase Score watch for an additional $6 per month so I can monitor at least one FICO.Oh, and by the way, my FICOs last december were in the 550 to 570 range. Thanks to all you good folks here on the Info Center, I have upped my score around 80 to 100 points! I'm about to go shopping for my new Prius!
