logster
I have a judgement against me placed over a year a year ago. It shows on my Experian, and not my Tranunion. DOes anyone know why, and will this eventually appear on Experian? The scores are quite similar for some reason.

Ahntara
The CRA's are separate businesses with separate methods of gathering data, like Public Records. EXP's secret agents found your judgment. TU's didn't.
isislc
I have the same situation, leave sleeping dogs ly and don't make TU aware of the judgment. In my experience, I've had a judgment not show up on one of my CRs for a couple of years now. I just make sure to never bring it to their attention. It's even stanger that when I check TU directly, they have not record of it!
